Delete your 1Quest account

Deleting your account removes your personal data from 1Quest and signs you out permanently. This cannot be undone.

Deleted permanently

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your sign-in — you will not be able to log in again
  • Everything in your Topic Vault, including uploaded files
  • Your answer evaluations and the answer sheets you uploaded
  • Your co-write sessions and drafts
  • Your activity history and saved preferences

Kept, with your details removed

  • Invoices and payment records
  • Your credit purchase and usage ledger
  • Subscription records

    • Indian law requires us to keep financial records for several years. These are stripped of anything that identifies you — no name, email or phone number remains attached.

Sign in with the phone number on your account, then return to this page to confirm.

Sign in to continue

If you no longer have access to that phone number, write to help@1quest.app from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
